How we achieved a ROAS of 4000% by starting from 55 new patients/month to more than 107/month

We have been working with this Dental Practice in Australia since March 2022. We started with a monthly budget of $1200 and increased that to $4500/month due to constantly improving the results.

Details:
• Account Setup: The current account wasn’t optimised well, there was no proper tracking and the wrong campaign types were running
• Competition: There are 10 other practices to compete with in the same area, where we advertise
• Client's Goal: To get more high-quality leads in their CRM system
Strategy:
• High-intention keywords, avoiding common keywords, creating relevant and very attractive ads
• Targeting was set to cover an area of 10km distance from the practice
• A landing page for special offers was created to attract more first-comers to the practice
• The conversion actions are user actions such as book appointment, form submission, calls
• I have been constantly optimizing the keywords, target area, target devices, ads and ad extensions, regularly reporting to the client and providing recommendations for improvement
Results:


• During the first month we achieved 68 leads, while now we drive more than 400 leads/month
• The cost per lead started from $21 and has been constantly decreasing, now being down to $10
• Actual cost per patient is about $22, while average value per patient is more than $800, which is a ROAS of 4000%
